TIGI BEAD HEAD Wave Artist

Summer is in full swing and I’m all about beachy hair, thanks to my TIGI BEAD HEAD Wave Artist. I don’t get naturally gorgeous beach waves (I don’t have a saltwater situation…) and I don’t like the gamble of sleeping in braids…sometimes cute and other times…yikes. I usually use a curling wand and finger comb on days when I don’t wear my hair straight, but I’ve pulled out my waver again and I am so glad. This is NOT YOUR MOM’S OLD CRIMPER (sorry 80’s-early 90’s mom’s). I snagged mine on Amazon for $25 and it’s fantastic.

My routine is using my favorite heat protectant, and then going around my head waving on the top layer of my hair. I do like to curl the pieces closest to my face with a wand away from my face instead of waving, which sounds high maintenance but it only takes a second to do it and for me, the result is better. I then spray with my favorite hair spray, fluff it up a bit with my fingers if needed, and I’m out the door.
