I’m all about the no-makeup makeup, especially in the warmer months. I received a deluxe size sample of the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Color Eye Crayon in Strapless as a birthday gift from Sephora and today I want to review it for you. It’s a cream shadow that dries to a powdery feel.

If you want a fast makeup routine for the summer, this is your answer for eye makeup. I love it because I can apply it without a brush to my lid and then I like to do a bit on my lower lash line and it’s firm enough that it isn’t messy but soft enough that it doesn’t tug the delicate skin around my eyes. I use this synthetic brush to lightly blend the edges so there aren’t any harsh lines. Some days I then take a shadow brush and put a bit of a shimmery eye shadow on top, focusing on the center of the lid, and some days I only wear the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick.
