The box comes with 6 individually wrapped aromatherapy tablets for the shower. These tablets are a mix of neroli, said to be helpful for anxiety, and chamomile, known for being calming and soothing, essential oils.

To Use: Place a tablet onto your shower floor or shelf where it gets wet but is not the main water stream. As it fizzes the aroma from the essential oils is released into the shower and bathroom space.

I love these and think they’d make a great gift tucked into a stocking, easter basket or care package.
